A: Owners are encouraged to report non-compliant (violation of the governing documents) matters to Pacific Management Company in writing and email to HOA@pmcoffice.com, or FAX to (661) 327-0628 or mail to 2131 G Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301.

Q: I received a courtesy violation letter/fine for non-compliance and I have corrected the issue or I'm not in violation, what do I do?
A: Notify Pacific Management Company in writing and email to HOA@pmcoffice.com, or FAX to (661) 327-0628, or mail to 2131 G Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301. We will forward your letter to the Board of Directors of your association.

Q: Who do I contact with billing questions?
A: Please call Pacific Management Company at (661) 327-0440.

Q: How soon can I expect a return call from the Management Company?
A: Non-emergency calls will be returned within 24 hours, emergency calls will be returned within 2 hours.

Q: What do I do if I have a common area repair request?
A: If it is an emergency issue that may cause property damage or injury, please contact Pacific Management Company immediately at (661) 327-0440. Non-emergency issues can be submitted in writing by emailing HOA@pmcoffice.com, or FAX to (661) 327-0628, or mail to 2131 G Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301.
